  • 5 pears
  • 1-2 cups of blueberries

  • Small handful of dates (approximately 10)

  • 5 oranges

  • Half of one pineapple (more if desired)
  • 1 peeled and sliced mango
  • 1 cup of de-stemmed kale
  • 1 small handful of cilantro

Weight Loss -- The Banana Surprise

  • Approximately 7-10 ripe, speckled bananas
  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • 1 cup of pitted dates (approximately 10)
