It happened on the North Loop ramp at Highway 290. Crews are still out there trying to clear the area.
According to the Department of Transportation, at 8:15am, an 18-wheeler had just passed the 290 split when the truck overturned. Heavy duty wreckers were called to clear the truck, but one of them also rolled over while picking up the load.
A detour has been set up for motorists onto 290. No word on when they are expected the ramp to be cleared.
