Authorities released the surveillance video taken from the Las Vegas store. On it, you see a man being let in the building and setting fire to the back room.
The flames quickly spread before the sprinklers put it out. The water saved 27 puppies.
Gloria Lee and Kirk Bills both face arson charges.
