HOUSTON --
Police had to use spike strips to stop a suspected drunken driver who refused to stop. The man eventually pulled into a motel on Main and Fondren, which is where he was staying. Officers arrested him there.
Police say the chase began when officers spotted him driving erratically. They believe he was drunk.
