Crime Stoppers tip leads to arrest in 2001 beating death

HOUSTON

Joseph Edward Webster was arrested early Thursday morning. The 50-year-old is accused of sexually assaulting and killing Josephine Hebert back in September 2001.

Investigators say a Crime Stoppers tip helped lead to Webster's arrest.
