Sketch released of suspect in violent SW Houston home invasion

HOUSTON

It happened at around 11:40pm on December 26. According to police, two women and a juvenile were inside an apartment in the 11600 block of West Bellfort when the two suspects knocked on the front door, identifying themselves as officers.

They then forced their way inside and demanded money and drugs, according to investigators. During the robbery, police say all three victims were physically assaulted.

The suspects reportedly didn't find any significant amount of money or any drugs, so they robbed the victims of personal items, then fled.

One suspect, who is shown in the sketch, is about 6 feet 2 inches tall with an average build. He wore glasses, a dark-colored knit cap and had black decay in between his teeth.

Anyone with information in this case is urged to contact the HPD Major Offenders Division at 713-308-3100 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
