Three men accused of construction site robberies in Montgomery County

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX

The first happened at around 4:20pm. Deputies were called to a robbery at a home under construction in the 20500 block of Conery Grove Drive. Deputies were told that three men entered the home, showed a shotgun and demanded money.

After getting away with an undisclosed amount of property and money, the three suspects fled on foot.

While searching the area for the suspects, Montgomery County deputies were flagged down by a construction foreman at another home under construction in the 21400 block of Lindell Run Drive at which the same thing happened.

The foreman was able to provide a description of the suspects' vehicle. That vehicle was spotted leaving the area by a responding unit and was stopped. The three occupants inside were detained. Deputies say property from both locations was inside, along with a shotgun.

Jamichael Sasser, 20; Malcolm Green, 20; and James Balca, Jr., 20 were all arrested and charged with aggravated robbery.
