Esurance giving away $1.5 million on Twitter

If you're not on Twitter, you may want to sign up. Someone is going to be $1.5 million richer very soon.

Esurance decided not to spend the $4 million it costs to run an ad during the Super Bowl. Instead, they saved 30 percent, or $1.5 million, and ran their spot immediately after the big game.

Now the insurance company is giving the savings away to one very lucky person on Twitter.

Anyone who tweets #EsuranceSave30 between now and Tuesday at 3 a.m. will be entered in the contest. Each tweet counts as an entry, so some people are filling their timelines with the hashtag.

Don't believe us? Just check out the Esurance website.

Esurance will reveal the winner Wednesday night during Jimmy Kimmel Live! on ABC 13.
