Sketch released of man who tried to abduct Pasadena girl

Above is a sketch of the man they're looking for. Police say on Wednesday, the girl was walking to her bus stop when she noticed a small black SUV following her.

The girl says the driver honked, pulled up beside her and tried to get her to get into the vehicle. She says it happened multiple times. Each time, she refused and kept walking.

According to police, the suspect pulled into a driveway, got out of his SUV and started to walk towards her. That's when she says she ran in another direction. When she got home, she told her mother what happened and her mother called police.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male between 20 and 25 years old with black hair cut in a military style. He's clean shaven, stands between 5 feet 6 inches tall and 6 feet tall. He weighs between 190 and 200 pounds. He was wearing a black jacket, but denim jeans and black shoes.

The girl says the suspect spoke both English and Spanish.

The vehicle he was in was a newer model black or dark-colored SUV, possibly a Chevrolet. The vehicle has dark tinted windows. This vehicle has been seen numerous times in the area, according to police.

Anyone with any information regarding the identity of the suspect or vehicle described above are asked to call the Pasadena Police Department at 713-477-1221.
