The business' alarm went off just before 2am in the 9200 block of Grogans Mill Road in The Woodlands.
When Montgomery County Sheriff's Office deputies arrived, there were signs of a forced entry. They then saw a male running to a nearby vehicle.
The vehicle was soon spotted and the suspect was caught.
Investigators said items stolen from the business were located inside the vehicle.
Matthew Knowles Wong, 23, was arrested and charged with burglary of a building.
