Musician Phil Collins says he has emerged from his "cave" and figured out who Adele is, and now he is reportedly working with her on some new songs.

Collins told Inside South Florida in a recent interview that he's "just started to work with Adele."

"I wasn't actually too aware?I live in a cave, but she's achieved an incredible amount," he said. "I really love her voice. I love some of this stuff she's done, too."

As Rolling Stone reports, it's unclear whether these new songs are intended for Adele's long-awaited follow-up to 2011's "21."
