The fire started just before 4am at the parking garage in the 1100 block of Milam near Lamar.
Authorities tell us a second alarm was pulled because the fire was next to a high-rise structure.
The building sustained extensive damage in the parking attendant area of the second floor, but the flames were quickly brought under control.
No one was injured. Arson investigators are looking into the cause of the fire.
