A Rosenberg police officer pulls into an apartment complex and sees a young boy by himself flipping a football in his hands. In the video, the boy walks off screen left and next thing you see is him coming back in screen going out for a pass.
The officer then plays catch with the kid.
Rosenberg police says it's part of their efforts to reach out to youths in their community.
