In Laredo, Armando Solano, 24, needed some new tires on his car, so what did he do? He allegedly stole them…off a marked Laredo police patrol car right outside a police substation.
He left the patrol car up on cinder blocks. A surveillance camera on the police building caught the whole thing.
It didn't take them long to track down Armando. The tires were already on his car, but he's not driving anywhere. He's in jail and the tires are back on the cop car.
