HISD middle school teacher pulled from classroom after 'altercation' with student

HOUSTON

The district released a statement acknowledging that something happened between a teacher and a student Thursday at Cullen Middle School.

They say the teacher was immediately removed from the classroom and the incident is under investigation.

The teacher's name was not released.
