Jackknifed 18-wheeler blocks traffic on East Loop at McCarty for couple of hours

The accident happened around 9:15am.

It's unclear how the accident happened but we do know the rig and another vehicle were involved in the accident.

There is no word of any injuries. Traffic was being forced off to the feeder road. The accident was cleared just after 11am.
