Utah Division of Wildlife Resources spokesman Mark Hadley says a fifth eagle died this week in a rehab center in Ogden and a sixth eagle is there with the same head tremors the dead ones had.
An additional seven eagles were found dead in a two-week period. Officials fear they may have all died from the same cause but won't know for sure until tests are done because nobody saw if the other seven had the tremors before dying.
It could take up to a month to get necropsy test results back.
