The Houston Association of Legal Professionals and Wreaths Across America-Houston laid the wreaths Saturday morning. Other volunteers also gave a helping hand.
The wreaths will lay there until January.
Wreaths Across America began the placing wreaths on the headstones of veterans at Arlington National Cemetery in 1992.
