Ex-Houston port IT director posts bond on theft charge

A former worker and another and another man are sought

There's an update on a Port of Houston investigation that has a former high level official facing criminal charges.

Robert Prohl is out on bond. He's the former senior IT director at the port authority. He's now accused of stealing more than $200,000 from the port and is charged with three theft felonies.

A second person, the owner of a computer services company, is also charged in the theft investigation.
