Police say Maria Meracle, 52, took out her lipstick when a woman she parked next to commented on Meracle's bad parking job.
According to the police report, after screaming and cursing at the other woman, she took out her lipstick and wrote a message on her window.
The nasty note reads in part, "How to park."
Meracle is charged with harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
