He built a 12-foot middle finger. Alan Markovitz moved into a new house, built it in his backyard and pointed it at the house where his ex-wife and her new boyfriend live.
And to make sure they can see it at night, Markovitz installed lights. Markovitz says he's getting back at his ex because he suspects she and her boyfriend were having an affair while he was still married to her.
The statue is positioned in such a way that other neighbors are not subjected to it.
