HOUSTON --
Houston police have charged a second suspect with capital murder in a two-year-old case, and it's the second murder charge against the same suspect. Officials believe Obed Rodriguez killed 61-year-old Matthew Rouhani.
Rouhani was found dead in 2011 at his west Houston business.
Rodriguez is already charged in August's deadly robbery at the Monroe Game Room on Almeda Genoa. Police say he shot and killed Yolanda Lara during that hold-up.
And Rodriguez is the second suspect charged in Rouhani's murder. Jay Paul Jackson will go to trial in January for the capital murder of Rouhani.
