Mahogony Grandison's car was towed when she parked it illegally, but instead of being charged $200, she was charged $350.
The towing company says it's because she was cursing at them.
"I explained multiple times it was not me," she said. "I even apologized for the person who did curse them out. They were not hearing it."
The owner of the towing company says if she apologizes, he'll consider giving her a partial refund.
