The vehicle was traveling on McGowen at Dowling, south of downtown, around 2pm when witnesses say a police car came through the intersection.
The vehicle swerved to avoid it, missed the patrol car but then went up a sidewalk and hit a bus stop.
There were no reports of any injuries at the crash.
Police say they are investigating.
