The FBI charges a suspect sat down in the lobby of a Chase bank branch and looked through the bag of money. That gave a guard time to walk outside and get a San Diego police officer.
An FBI statement identifies the suspect as 60-year-old Kevin Blair Grattan. Authorities say he demanded cash from a teller and handed her a grocery bag.
