Three arrests made in series of robberies, burglary in W. Harris Co.

HOUSTON

Brenda Flores, 19; Neiman Gasper, 17; and a 14-year-old juvenile are all charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and burglary of a business.

The three were arrested Sunday when a realtor checking on a vacant property in the 6000 block of Plantation Crest Drive noticed people in the home and called 911. When deputies arrived, the three suspects were reportedly in a stolen SUV parked in the garage of the home.

According to investigators, the vehicle was taken during a carjacking in the 1800 block of FM 529 early Sunday morning. They also reportedly robbed a victim at gunpoint in the 17600 block of W. Copper Lakes Drive earlier that morning.

Deputies say they recovered also recovered several stolen items from and numerous baskets of liquor that were stolen from a burglary of a store in the 14000 block of Cypress Rosehill Road.

Investigators believe they may be related to other robberies in the area.
