Neighbors heard the truck hit Rivera's Recycling Center on Heights near Preston around midnight. They could not approach the vehicle because of the recyclable waste.
Because of the crash, the doors of the truck were wedged in, and the driver was trapped when it burst into flames.
The man's identity has not been released, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
