Denver parents accused of severely neglecting children

DENVER, CO

thorities say the children of Wayne Sperling and Lorinda Bailey - ages 2, 4, 5 and 6 - were not toilet trained, never went to school and communicated with each other in grunts.

The parents are charged with felony child abuse.
