The triple shooting happened around 10:15am Sunday at the Royal Car Wash in the 300 block of Avenue E.
Stafford police tell us 35-year-old LaMelvin Johnson is charged with capital murder.
The shooting happened as a group of eight to 10 employees gathered to begin their work day. An argument broke out between Johnson and the owner of the business, 34-year-old Harvey Simmons.
We're told Simmons had just fired Johnson, who then walked to his car, pulled out a handgun and began shooting everyone in sight.
Simmons and his uncle, 59-year-old Johnny Simmons, died. The third victim was identified as Donntay Borom, 18, who friends tell us just graduated from Dulles High School in Sugar Land and has a one-year-old daughter.
"It's absolutely unnecessary. It's just very sad," Sgt. James Leedom with the Stafford Police Department said. "It doesn't get any more cold blooded than this. It's absolutely just a sad, sad incident."
The victims' family members and loyal customers of the car wash stopped by and began a small makeshift memorial Monday.
Police say Johnson turned himself in, with Quanell X by his side.
