It happened around 8:15pm Saturday on the exit ramp to the Westpark Tollway. Police say a driver was exiting the freeway and hit the victim as he tried to run across the lane in front of her.
The man was taken to the hospital but was later pronounced dead.
The driver was not injured and police do not expect to file any charges in the case.
