The woman sentenced to 38 years in prison for a drunk driving crash that killed two people wants a new trial.

Surveillance video showing Nicole Baukus drinking heavily in a bar before stumbling to her pickup truck played a key role in her trial.

The 24-year-old changed her plea to guilty shortly after the video was shown in court. Now Baukus claims her attorney coerced her into pleading guilty.

A hearing is scheduled for Thursday morning in Montgomery County.
