Joshua Lee Lucke is charged with online solicitation of a minor.
According to the Harris County Pct. 4 Constable's office, a father in the Spring area stumbled upon risque text messages sent to his 16-year-old daughter from an unknown number and called authorities.
Detectives then traced the number back to Lucke and eventually arrested him in Conroe. He was taken to the Harris County, where he is being held on a $30,000 bond.
