A witness says he and two friends were in a pickup in the parking lot of Taco Plus restaurant in the Cy Creek Plaza shopping center on Grant Road just before 6pm. That's when two men in separate vehicles pulled up on either side of the truck and stole their wallets.
The driver of the pickup was shot in the abdomen. His condition is unknown.
The robbers drove fled the scene and remain at large.
