Family members arrived at the home in the 23100 block of Ludgate at around 8:30pm to check on the couple and found them dead. Deputies say both Harold Crampton, 80, and Marion Crampton, 78, were dead from gunshot wounds.
The Harris County Sheriff Office Homicide Unit was called to the scene to conduct the investigation. At this time no suspect has been identified and no motive has been determined.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to Crime Stoppers at 713-222 -TIPS.
