Police were called out to Linden near Redwood around 4am. According to investigators, the victim's body was discovered in the middle of the street.
Officials said he appeared to have been hit by a vehicle.
So far, investigators have not been able to locate any witnesses. Anyone with information can call Houston police or Crime Stoppers.
