Collin County sheriff's Lt. John Norton says the woman and a man were working on the property east of Anna when the roof blew off on Friday. The man was taken to an area hospital.
The sheriff's office says a storm moved through the area at about 5:30 p.m.
Anna is about 45 miles north of Dallas.
