KINGWOOD, TX --
Today, cleanup crews will be on Lake Village Drive in Kingwood's Trailwood Village to haul off dangerous trees. The city of Houston says the removal of the trees is necessary because they could become hazardous to students who walk past them on their way to school.
Yesterday, city contractors cut down a total of six dead and falling trees. Later today they will be back to haul away all the debris from the project.
