He was a long sleeved yellow and black striped shirt and red gym shorts with white stripes on the side. It's believed the remains were in the area for as long as a year.
The young man is believed to have been Hispanic and between 15 and 20 years old. He had a brass type key with the engraved letters "I N" and the number "3" on it.
He had a wallet with a passport from El Salvador with the name Reynadlo Portello Leija.
