Constable Trevino remains on the job, despite the criminal case against him. He was indicted on four felony charges following a 13 Undercover investigation, which prompted a 14-month internal review.
Trevino is accused of not documenting thousands in donations to his charity, as well as tampering with government records.
His new court date is August 19.
