HOUSTON --
Houston police say a man was beaten to death at an apartment complex near Sunnyside. The victim and another man, 33-year-old Joseph Ellis, got into a fight early Wednesday morning at the King's Row apartments on barberry. Police say Ellis beat the man with a flashlight and a stick.
The man was rushed to Ben Taub Hospital, where he died. Ellis was arrested and has been charged with murder.
