The lawsuit filed by the widow of Robert Kuentz accuses Mac Haik Chevrolet and the Cole Group of negligence. Keith Grimmett was working at the dealership when he shot and killed Kuentz in November.
The suit accuses Mac Haik and the Cole Group of failing to discover a history of violent behavior by Grimmett. The Cole Group says it has no comment and Mac Haik's general manager has not returned our phone call.
