Back in April, police say Kenneth Humphrey lost control of his car during a short chase. One of the women in the car with him was thrown through the windshield. She was 8 months pregnant.
The baby was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The crash also injured Humphrey and another woman who was in the car.
Humphrey is charged with felony evading arrest, causing death.
