Tyler police on Wednesday announced the victim was found dead at P.T. Cole Park. Police did not immediately release the name of the 21-year-old woman whose body was located Tuesday night.
Authorities did not provide details on a possible suspect.
Crime Stoppers has offered a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and charges filed.
