Missing Seabrook boy found in NW Houston; Amber Alert canceled

HOUSTON

The Amber Alert for five-year-old Apollo Allen is no longer active. According to Seabrook police, the boy was taken from his home by his biological father, 32-year-old Tim Allen. Though they've not been seen since, the suspect did speak to the mother at approximately 2:30pm yesterday from a location on Highway 290 in Houston.

Apollo is a white male with blonde hair, and one green and one blue eye. He is 43" tall and weighs approximately 40 pounds. His father is described as a white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 5' 11" and weighs approximately 195 pounds.

Police say the suspect has a history of drug abuse and of taking his child to locations where drugs are being used and/or distributed. He is believed to be driving the mother's SUV which is a black, 2009 Dodge Journey, License Plate BX3C020.

Anyone with information regarding the child, the suspect or the vehicle is asked to immediately call the Seabrook Police Department at 281-291-5610.
