The suspect, first identified by his alias of Jonathon Richmond, was on the run for about two hours before he was captured along Buffalo Bayou. Police now confirm the man's real name is Timothy Sonnier.
In addition to the new escape charges, Sonnier also has warrants for larceny, aggravated robbery and injury to a child.
