McLennan County jail records show 23-year-old Cedro Riggins IV of Waco was being held Wednesday on charges of arson, criminal mischief and criminal trespassing. The blaze early Sunday in Waco left one firefighter slightly hurt.
Bond wasn't immediately set on the arson count after Riggins was charged Tuesday. Bond was $2,500 on the other counts that investigators say involved a June domestic incident. Riggins was arrested Sunday on those earlier charges after being spotted near the fire area.
Investigators have not said if they believe Riggins was linked to a series of blazes within the past two years mainly at vacant homes.
No attorney was listed for Riggins.
