There are no severe weather issues, but drivers are cautioned to be on the lookout for possible street flooding, and to be aware of the slick streets.
Earlier this morning, heavy rains on the east side dropped about two inches in Baytown and Pasadena, bringing some slight street flooding during rush hour. Most of those waters have drained off now.
Most of the area begins to dry out tonight. Only isolated storms are possible on Thursday, with a few more scattered rain showers and storms Friday and Saturday.
The tropics remain relatively quiet, with no significant development expected in the next few days.
