The victim was attacked on Blue Meadow and Plum Meadow. The suspects were caught a few hours later on Lauder and Homestead.
Investigators say the suspected carjackers ran a stop sign on Lauder. A deputy saw them and tried to pull them over, but they refused and took off. The suspects' car spun out of control during the pursuit and then the deputy's cruiser slammed into the car.
No one was hurt in the crash. Both suspects were arrested at the scene.
