Burglars make off with $7,000 in cigarettes from store

Burglars broke into a northwest Houston store and got away with thousands of dollars worth of stolen cigarettes.

Police responded to an alarm at the Little Buddy store on White Oak and Taylor around 1:30am.

They found the gate and front door had been pried open. They also say the thieves had stolen $7,000 worth of cigarettes. No arrests have been made. Investigators are planning to look at the store's surveillance video.
