It happened around 4:30pm at the Westwood Fountain Apartments on Concourse.
According to police, the man's roommate saw him at the bottom of the swimming pool and tried to pull him out, but couldn't swim. Officials said the roommate screamed for help, but no one else could swim either.
The man was in the water until firefighters arrived. They were able to revive him and rush him to the hospital.
His condition is unknown.
